Pride Martial Arts Academy’s Adult MMA program is the true essence of mixed martial arts and combines:

• International Tae Kwon-Do (ITF)
• Kickboxing
• Fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Our Adult MMA program (Ages 16 & Up) is divided into rank specific classes which include a beginners program (White Belt – Yellow Belt) and our Black Belt Program (Green Belt-Black Belt).

JURY JIU-JITSU

Pride Martial Arts Academy’s Jury Jiu-Jitsu program (Ages 13 & Up) is the true essence of mixed martial arts and combines:

• Wrestling
• Jiu-Jitsu
• Striking

This Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) affiliate program provides a team atmosphere for both the beginner and the competitive athlete looking to increase fitness, develop BJJ fundamentals, and prepare competitors for competition. Pride Martial Arts Academy is an affiliate of the Jury Jiu-Jitsu Program under UFC headliner, Myles “Fury” Jury (lightweight division).

LIL’ DRAGONS PROGRAM

Pride Martial Arts Academy’s Lil’ Dragons program is designed for preschoolers ages 3-4 and is a preliminary martial arts training course that builds on:

• Physical Capabilities
• IntellectualCapabilities
• Emotional Capabilities
• Social Capabilities

Children this age are in a unique growth period in their life. They are refined in their gross motor skills, while establishing a foundation in fundamental skills. These fundamental skills include: focus, teamwork, control, balance, memory, discipline, fitness, and coordination.
