Pride Martial Arts Academy is a mixed martial arts school that blends traditional ITF Tae Kwon-Do, Kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

All of our programs are age specific and split by experience level. New students will be enrolled in a beginner program to learn the necessary fundamental techniques.

Pride Martial Arts Academy offers a parent viewing area in all of our training rooms. We encourage parents to stay and watch class to observe their child’s progress and development, but it is not mandatory.

Students should wear a clean school uniform to class. Students who have not received a school uniform, or are on the trial program, should wear clean loose fitting clothes. No sneakers on the matted training floor.

If you are going to miss class for an extended period of time, please notify the school by email or phone.

Pride Martial Arts Academy does recommend signing a membership agreement to receive discounted pricing. However, we do offer a month-to-month membership with no contract.

Competition is not mandatory for any participants. However, competition is a valuable training tool that helps build confidence, sets goals, and keeps students motivated.

Pride Martial Arts Academy’s membership options offer an unlimited number of classes on a monthly basis. Students may attend as many of their designated program options that are available. We recommend students attend 2-3 times per week to receive the full benefits of the program, while maintaining a confident grasp of required curriculum.

Class is divided into three sections which include: a warm-up section (10 minutes), a skills and drills section (30-45 minutes), and a “mat-chat” section (5 minutes). All youth classes are 45 minutes in length, while our adult programs are 60 minutes.

All students are required to wear a mandatory school uniform, which is included in every new membership. Students will need school provided, protective sparring gear in advanced classes which is offered in a variety of affordable gear packages.
